Product Designations and Ratings
The primary electrical characteristics span a range of nominal voltage from 3.3 V dc to 200 V dc. Variants specify voltage tolerances, with the “D” suffix indicating a 1% tolerance, “C” for a 2% tolerance, and no suffix for a 5% tolerance. There are specific maximum thermal resistance values for non-surface mount at 42°C/W and for surface mount configurations, at 20°C/W for ReJEc and 56°C/W for ReJsp. Part Identification and Pin Configuration
The Part or Identifying Number (PIN) follows the guidelines of MIL-PRF-19500, detailed in sections 6.5 and 6.6. Quality level designators for encapsulated devices are presented in ascending order: JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS. The device type nomenclature starts with “1N,” followed by a second number set, which ranges from “4460” through “4496” and “6485” through “6491”. A suffix is used to indicate variants, with “C” denoting a modified version of the approved device type.
