Overview
The AQO 08 is a low-cost quartz oscillator available in a standard DIL 8 package.
Features
It offers tristate or power down options, with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 160 MHz, and a tolerance and stability of ±25 ppm to ±100 ppm.
Specifications
The oscillator has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with a storage temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The input voltage is 3.3 Vdc to 5 Vdc, with a maximum current consumption of 45 mA to 75 mA depending on the frequency.
Output Characteristics
The output waveform is CMOS or TTL compatible, with a rise time and fall time of 1 ns max. The output symmetry is 40% to 60%, with a voltage high of 2.4 Vdc min and a voltage low of 0.4 Vdc max.
