The OMAP3530 and OMAP3525 are applications processors based on the enhanced OMAP 3 architecture, designed to provide high-performance video, image, and graphics processing.
Key Features
These devices feature an ARM Cortex-A8 microprocessor, IVA2.2 subsystem with a C64x+ digital signal processor (DSP) core, and a PowerVR SGX subsystem for 3D graphics acceleration.
They also include a camera image signal processor (ISP), display subsystem, and comprehensive power- and clock-management scheme.
The devices are available in various packages, including 515-pin s-PBGA and 423-pin s-PBGA packages, with some features not available in all packages.
