The OMAP3525-HiRel and OMAP3530-HiRel are high-performance applications processors based on the OMAP 3 architecture.

These processors feature:
- ARM Cortex-A8 core up to 600 MHz
- C64x+ digital signal processor (DSP) core up to 520 MHz
- POWERVR SGX graphics accelerator (OMAP3530 only)
- Camera image signal processor (ISP)
- Display subsystem with multiple display interfaces
- Comprehensive power and clock management
- SmartReflex adaptive voltage control
Package Options
The processors are available in three package options:
- 515-pin s-PBGA package (CBB suffix)
- 515-pin s-PBGA package (CBC suffix)
- 423-pin s-PBGA package (CUS suffix)
Note: Some features are not available in the CUS package.
