KOA Speer Electronics’ NPOXERXZR_YEV ZON ceramic chip capacitors feature high Q factor, low TC, and are available in high capacitance values (up to 100 pF).
These products meet EU RoHS requirements and have lead-free terminations.

Available in various case sizes, including 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210.
Terminations are made of solder plating (Sn) with silver metallization and electrodes.
Capacitance tolerance ranges from +0.25pF to +80%, -20% depending on the dielectric type (NPO, XSR, X7R, YSV).
Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C, with test voltage and insulation resistance varying by dielectric type.
