KOA Speer Electronics’ NPOXERXZR_YEV ZON ceramic chip capacitors feature high Q factor, low TC, and are available in high capacitance values (up to 100 pF).
These products meet EU RoHS requirements and have lead-free terminations.

Available in various case sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210) with dimensions ranging from 0.5 mm to 3.2 mm.
Ceramic body with solder plating (Sn) and silver metallization.
Dielectric materials include NPO, XSR, X7R, and YSV, with capacitance values ranging from 10 pF to 100 nF.
Tolerances available: ±0.1 pF, ±0.25 pF, ±0.5 pF, ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%.
Operating temperatures range from -55°C to +125°C, with test voltages up to 200 V.
Insulation resistance is 100,000 MΩ·min or 1000 MΩ·μF, whichever is less.
