Overview
KOA Speer Electronics’ NPOXERXZR_YEV ZON ceramic chip capacitors feature high Q factor, low TC, and are available in high capacitance values (up to 100 pF).
These capacitors meet EU RoHS requirements and have lead-free terminations.
Key Features
Available in various case sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210) with different capacitance values and voltage ratings (6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V, 200V).
Dielectric materials include NPO, XSR, X7R, and YSV, each with its own set of characteristics and applications.
Tolerance options range from ±0.25pF to ±80%, -20%.
Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.
