Key Features
These toggles feature a high-torque bushing, stainless steel frame, and heat-resistant resin case that meets UL94V-0 flammability ratings. They also have an antijamming design, bias guard, and higher insulating barriers to prevent crossover in double pole devices.
Electrical and Mechanical Specifications
The Series E toggles have a maximum electrical capacity of 3A @ 125V AC for silver contacts and 0.4VA maximum @ 28V AC/DC maximum for gold contacts. They also have a mechanical life of 100,000 operations minimum and an electrical life of 20,000 operations minimum for silver contacts and 50,000 operations minimum for gold contacts.
Environmental Data and Installation
The toggles operate in a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C and can withstand humidity, vibration, and shock. They require a mounting torque of 1.47Nm (13 lb-in) for double nut and 0.686Nm (6 lb-in) for single nut.
