General Description
The MKT Chip Capacitors are metalized polyester capacitors with a stacked layer construction, epoxy resin dipped, and radial tinned copper leads.
Electrical Characteristics
The capacitors have a rated capacitance of 0.015 μF to 4.7 μF, with a tolerance of ±10% or ±20%. The rated voltage (UR) ranges from 100 V to 400 V.
The capacitors have a high insulation resistance, with typical values of 150 MΩ or higher at 25°C. The dissipation factor (tan δ) is less than 2 × 10-3 at 1 kHz.
The capacitors also exhibit good stability, with a maximum capacitance drift of ±3% and a maximum dissipation factor change of ±2 × 10-3 over the operating temperature range.
