General Purpose Capacitors
These metallized polyester film capacitors are designed for general purpose applications, including blocking, coupling, decoupling, and RFI suppression in the automotive industry.
Key Features
They offer high pulse strength, high contact reliability, and are RoHS-compatible. Halogen-free capacitors are available on request, and the series is AEC-Q200 compliant.
The capacitors feature parallel wire leads with lead-free tinning, and special lead lengths can be requested. They are available in bulk or taped formats.
Construction and Dimensions
The capacitors have a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) dielectric and utilize stacked-film technology for lead spacings between 5 mm and 15 mm, and wound capacitor technology for lead spacings between 10 mm and 37.5 mm.
The plastic case and epoxy resin sealing meet UL 94 V-0 standards.
