General Information
This datasheet presents the metallized polyester film capacitors (MKT) series B32231, which are being withdrawn.
The capacitors are designed for general purpose applications, including smoothing and filtering, and have a maximum operating temperature of 100°C.
Construction and Dimensions
The capacitors have a polyethylene terephthalate (polyester, PET) dielectric, a flat winding, and an insulating sleeve with face ends sealed with epoxy resin.
The terminals are central axial wire leads, lead-free, and tinned.
The dimensions are provided in a drawing, with a maximum width of 13.0 mm and a lead diameter of 0.8 mm.
Available Types
The series includes various types with different voltage and capacitance ratings, ranging from 100 V DC to 630 V AC and 0.10 μF to 10 μF.
