These metalized polyester film capacitors are designed in accordance with DIN 44112 and have a quality assessment according to CECC 30401-043. They feature a self-healing capacitor with a polyethyleneterephthalate dielectric and are encapsulated in a flame-retardant rectangular plastic case.
Key Features
Available with lead spacings of 5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 7.5/5 mm (leads crimped to a lead spacing of 5 mm), these capacitors are suitable for space-saving assembly on PC boards. They are epoxy resin sealed for humidity resistance and have parallel leads that are tinned and plug-in.
Operating Conditions
The capacitors are designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, with a maximum humidity of 95% for 30 days per year continuously, and 85% for the remaining days occasionally. They are also resistant to vibration and soldering heat.
Electrical Characteristics
The capacitors have a category voltage of up to 630 Vdc, with a capacitance change of ±10% and a dissipation factor of tan δ ≤ 0.02. The insulation resistance is ≥ 150 MΩ, and the shelf and service life is up to 2000 hours at 100°C.
