Metalized Polyester Capacitors
This datasheet provides information on the Metalized Polyester Capacitors from MKT Capacitors. The capacitors feature a stacked layer construction with polyester as the dielectric material and epoxy resin dipping. The radial tinned copper leads are designed for radial mounting.
Operating Conditions
The capacitors are designed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, with an average relative humidity of 75% (95% on 30 days per year continuously and 85% on the remaining days occasionally). The component failure rate is 300 failures per 10,800 component hours, with a failure quota of 3% at normal operational load.
Performance Parameters
The capacitance change is ± 4% between 20°C and 100°C, while the dissipation factor remains stable within ± 10%. The insulation resistance remains above 150 MΩ at 20°C, 55/100/56 < 40°C, and 93% relative humidity.
