The M2OOO series H2OOO series VCXO is a high-frequency low-noise timing solution offered by Valpey Fisher Corporation.
The VCXO has a frequency range from 1 MHz to 175 MHz and a start-up time of less than 100 ms. It is available in two packages, the full-size (M) and the half-size (H), both with a thru-hole configuration.
Applications:
The M2OOO series VCXO is suitable for various applications such as xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, and ATMIS. It has a low-drift frequency and a low-noise output.

- Vibration: 10-2000 Hz, 0.06″ d.a. or 20 Gs, whichever is less
- Humidity: Resistant to 85% RH, 85°C
- Gross leak: Each unit checked in 125°C fluorocarbon
- Fine leak: Mass spectrometer leak rate less than 2 X 10^-6 atm-sec of helium
- Bend test: Will withstand two bends of 90° from reference
- Marking: Printing is black epoxy ink or laser marked
