The M2OOO series H2OOO series VCXO is a high-frequency, low-phase noise timing solution with a 5.0V full/half size, thru-hole, HCMOS/ITTL package.

The device has a operating temperature range of -20°C to 85°C, supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V, and a supply current of 30 mA to 45 mA. The output levels are 0.4V to (VDD-0.4) V, with a rise and fall time of 2.5 ns, and an input impedance of 1000 KOhm.
The device also has a shock tolerance of 1000 Gs, vibration tolerance of 10-2000 Hz, and humidity resistance of 85% RH at 85°C.
