Overview
The M2300 and H2300 series are VCXOs (Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillators) that offer high frequency and low phase noise timing solutions.
Features
The devices feature excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity, with a start-up time of less than 1ms. They are RoHS 5/6 compliant and suitable for various applications, including xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, ATM/ISONET/ISDN.
Electrical Specifications
The devices operate at a frequency range of 1 kHz to 125 MHz, with a supply voltage of 3.0 to 3.6 V. They have a low supply current of 15 mA and output levels of 0.4 V to 3.6 V.
The devices also feature a high frequency stability of up to ±150 ppm, with a aging rate of ±20 ppm/year.
