The M2300 series and H2300 series are Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillators (VCXOs) designed for high-frequency, low-phase-noise timing solutions.
Features
These VCXOs offer excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity, with a start-up time of less than 5ms. They are RoHS 5/6 compliant and designed for applications such as xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, ATM/SONET/SDH.
Electrical Specifications
The VCXOs have a frequency range of 150 MHz to 125 MHz, with a frequency stability of ±20 ppm after the first year. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with a supply voltage of 3.0 to 3.6 V.
The output levels are 16 mA sinking and 8 mA sourcing, with a rise and fall time of 2.5 ns to 4.5 ns. The input control voltage range is 0 to 3.0 V, with a impedance of 15 kΩ.
