The M2300 series and H2300 series are voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs) designed for high-frequency, low-phase-noise timing solutions.
Features
These VCXOs offer excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity, a start-up time of less than 5ms, and are RoHS compliant.
Applications
They are suitable for use in xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, and ATM/SONET/ISDH applications.
The devices have an operating frequency range of 150MHz to 125MHz, with a frequency stability of ±50ppm. They operate on a 3.3V supply voltage and have a supply current of 20mA.
Electrical Specifications
The output levels are compatible with HCMOS/TTL logic, with a rise and fall time of 2.5ns to 4.5ns.
The devices also feature a control voltage range of 0 to 3.0V, with a voltage deviation range of ±75ppm to ±150ppm.
