Overview
The M2300 series is a range of VCXO (voltage-controlled crystal oscillator) devices suitable for high-frequency, low-phase noise timing solutions.
Key Features
These devices offer excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity, with a start-up time of less than 5ms. They are RoHS compliant and suitable for a wide range of applications, including xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, and ATM/SONET/ISDH.
The devices have a frequency range of 150 MHz to 125 MHz, with a frequency stability of ±20 ppm over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. They operate at a supply voltage of 3.3V, with a maximum supply current of 16mA.
