This datasheet presents the Low Noise Zener Diode Series, featuring devices with tight tolerances and high power handling.
The series includes devices with JEDEC type numbers, available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS per MIL-PRF-19500/435, with power handling of 500 mW.
The diodes are hermetically sealed in axial-leaded glass DO-35 packages, with an operating temperature range of -65°C to +175°C.
