This datasheet presents a series of low noise Zener diodes with tight tolerances available in ±2% or ±1% with or without the “D” suffix, respectively.
The diodes feature:
- 500 mW power handling
- Hermetically sealed MELF DO-213 package
- Also available in axial-leaded glass DO-35 style package
Maximum ratings include:
- Operating and storage temperature: -65°C to +175°C
- Thermal resistance: 250°C/W
- Steady-state power: 0.5 watts
- Forward voltage @ 200 mA: 11V
Electrical Specifications
Normal Zener voltage, maximum Zener current, and maximum reverse current are specified at 25°C.
Typical Characteristics
Power derating curve, noise density measurement circuit, and capacitance vs. Zener voltage are provided.
