This datasheet presents a series of low noise Zener diodes with tight tolerances available in ±2% or ±1% with the “D” suffix.
The diodes are hermetically sealed in MELF DO-213 packages and also available in axial-leaded glass DO-35 style packages.

500 mW power handling, -65°C to +175°C operating temperature range, and 250°C/W thermal resistance.
Electrical Specifications:
The diodes have a maximum steady-state power of 0.5 watts, forward voltage of 11V at 200 mA, and a range of Zener voltages from 3.8V to 76.0V.
