The MLE Series is a family of Transient Voltage Suppression devices designed to suppress ESD events, including those specified in IEC 61000-4-2, and provide high frequency attenuation/low-pass filter circuit functions.
These devices are manufactured from semiconducting ceramics and are supplied in a leadless surface mount package, compatible with modern reflow and wave soldering procedures.

Rated for ESD (IEC-61000-4-2), characterized for impedance and capacitance, and operate in a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
