The LOI EV Series is a 1A bi-directional solid-state switch designed for white goods applications, such as valve controls in washing machines, and as a replacement for mechanical and hybrid relays where long life is required.

RoHS compliant and Halogen-Free, with blocking voltage capability up to 800V and surge capability of 10Amps. Available in TO-92 and surface mount packages.
