The LA Series varistors are available in four model sizes (7mm, 10mm, 14mm, and 20mm) with a voltage range from 130V to 1000V and a maximum impulse current rating up to 360J. They are lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant, with no derating up to 85°C ambient temperature.
