Overview
The L4931 series are very low dropout voltage regulators with inhibit, suitable for low noise, low power applications and battery-powered systems.
Key Features
Very low dropout voltage (0.4V), low quiescent current (50μA in off mode, 60μA in on mode), and high output current up to 250mA.
Logic-controlled electronic shutdown, internal current and thermal limit, and available in various output voltages (1.5V to 12V).
Available in TO-220, TO-92, PPAK, DPAK, and SO-8 packages.
Applications
Local regulator for part of the board, allowing for standby mode and decreased power consumption.
Requires only 2.2μF capacitor for stability, allowing for space and cost savings.
