Overview

The KT- and KTY-Series Temperature Sensors are designed for measuring, controlling, and regulating air, gases, and liquids within a temperature range of 50°C to +150°C.

Key Features

These sensors feature a temperature-dependent resistor with a positive temperature coefficient, available in SMD, leaded, or customized packages.

They offer linear output, excellent long-term stability, and polarity independence due to symmetrical construction, with fast response times and resistance tolerances (R25) of ±3% or ±1%.

Electrical Characteristics

The sensors have a maximum operating voltage of 25V, maximum operating current of 1mA, and peak operating current of 10mA.

The thermal time constant is approximately 11 seconds for KT 100, KTY 10-X, KT 110, KT 210, KTY 11-X, and KTY 21-X, and 40 seconds for KT 130, KT 230, KTY 13-X, and KTY 23-X.
