These regulators are suitable for applications requiring supply current up to 100 mA and feature thermal overload protection, short-circuit current limiting, and output voltage offerings of 5 V, 6 V, 8 V, 9 V, 10 V, 12 V, 15 V, and 18 V with a + 5% tolerance.
