These capacitors feature:
- Lead-free terminations with 100% Sn external termination
- Ceramic body with Ni barrier and Pd/Ag internal electrodes
- PolyTerm conductive epoxy termination material for improved mechanical stress resistance
Ideal for use in telecom, power supply, inverter, and modem applications, these capacitors offer highly reliable performance and industry-standard case sizes.
Availability
The PolyTerm capacitors are available in various sizes, including 0805, 1206, 1210, 1808, 1812, 2211, 1825, 2220, and 2225, with capacitance values ranging from 1.0 pF to 470 nF.
Note that part values marked with ‘ have better availability and shorter lead times.
