The JCO series is a 3.3 Volt CMO 5-TTL compatible oscillator featuring an ultra-compact metal package.
Key Features
The oscillator has a frequency range of 1.0 MHz to 125.0 MHz, with a current consumption of 10 ma to 30 ma depending on the frequency range.
It has a rise and fall time of 6 ns max. and operates in a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C.
The oscillator also features a tristate function with a symmetry of 55/45% at 1/2 Voc.
Other features include enable/disable function and various temperature options.
Package Information
The oscillator is available in DIP 14 and DIP 8 packages, with specific terminal assignments and dimensions.
It is packed in plastic tubes, with 25 pcs per tube for DIP 14 and 40 pcs per tube for DIP 8.
