Overview
The IC Series Screw Mount DIP Sockets are designed for high-reliability applications, featuring a U.L. rated GF polyester body with mounting holes and precision machined lead sockets.
Key Features
These sockets offer a range of lead styles, including ~S, ~ZS, ~A, and ~ZA, with options for locking leads and low insertion force contacts. The insulator material is black glass filled polyester, with a flammability rating of UL 94V-0.
The sockets have a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS at 60 Hz. The contact material is BeCu, with a shell made of brass (except for style K, which is phosphor bronze).
The plating options include Au over 50μ” Ni or Sn over 10μ” Cu or 50μ” Ni, with a current rating of 1A per contact and a contact resistance of 10 milliohms at 200 milliamps.
The sockets are available in various row spacings and contact counts, including 300, 400, 600, and 900 row spacings, with contact counts ranging from 6 to 64.
