The IAX Series surface mount thick film attenuators are designed for high-performance applications in RF and microwave frequencies.
Key Features
These attenuators are compact and offer a range of case sizes and power ratings, from 0.075″ x 0.060″ x 0.020″ with a maximum power rating of 30mW to 0.375″ x 0.250″ x 0.028″ with a maximum power rating of 1.5W.
The devices have a nominal impedance of 50Ω and a VSWR of 1.3:1 up to 18 GHz, with a DC attenuation stability of ±0.01dB/°C.
Termination Options
The attenuators are available with various termination styles, including single wrap to groundplane, wraparound, and single sided, with metallization options of Au, PtAg, and Sn62 solder.
The devices are suitable for use in a matched continuous 50Ω system and are RoHS compliant.
