Overview
Johanson Technology’s High Frequency Ceramic Chip Inductors are designed for high frequency applications, offering optimal performance in small sizes. The inductors feature a monolithic 0D body made of low-loss ceramic and high-conductivity metal electrodes.
Product Range
The inductors are available in three sizes: 0201 (0603), 0402 (1005), and 0805 (2012), with inductance ranges from 1.0 to 33 nH, 1.0 to 120 nH, and 1.0 to 680 nH, respectively.
Electrical Characteristics
The inductors have the following electrical characteristics:
* Inductance range: Specific to each size and part number
* Quality Factor (Q): Typically greater than 4 (100 MHz)
* Self-Resonant Frequency (SRF): Greater than 21 GHz for 0201 and 0603 sizes, greater than 19 GHz for 0805 size

* Max Rated Current: Dependent on part number and size

Ordering Information
To order, customers can specify the size, part number, and tolerance. The part number consists of a combination of letters and numbers, with the first few characters indicating the size and type of inductor.
