The HCF1007 series are high current, high frequency power inductors designed for point-of-load modules, multi-phase regulators, and voltage regulator modules.
Key Features
Halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and suitable for high temperature applications up to 125°C.
Ferrite core material, secure 3-terminal mounting, and controlled DCR tolerance for sensing circuits.
Inductance range: 0.3μH to 10.0μH, current range: 5.3A to 48A, and frequency range up to 1MHz.
Applications
Desktop and server VRMs and EVRDs, data networking and storage systems, notebook regulators, graphics cards, and battery power systems.
