HCC types range from -55 to +125°C, while HCF types from -40 to +85°C for operational temperatures, with input voltages restricted to -0.5 to +20V or -0.5 to +18V depending on the device type. Recommending operating conditions specify ranges of supply voltage, input voltage, and operating temperatures to ensure optimal performance.
