The HC13R8R, HC14R8R, HC15R8R, and HC16R8R are HCMOS TTL compatible tri-state output oscillators with a frequency range of 1MHz to 100MHz.
They have a frequency stability of ±25ppm, ±50ppm, ±100ppm, and ±1100ppm, respectively, and operate over a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C.
Electrical Characteristics:
The oscillators have a squarewave output with a voltage range of 4.5V to 0.5V, and a maximum output current of 16mA.
The rise and fall times are 10ns maximum, and the duty cycle is 45/55% maximum.
Package Information:
The devices are available in a hermetically sealed, welded package with a dimensional tolerance of ±1.005.
