It has a tolerance of ±10 ppm at 25°C, and a temperature stability of ±10 ppm over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The storage temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, and the load capacitance is 10 to 32 pF.
The ESR values vary depending on the frequency range, and the drive level is 1.0 μW max.
Aging is ≤ ±5 ppm/year max.
