Overview
The C Series of general purpose ceramic capacitors are RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering a wide range of capacitance values from 0.1pF to 22μF and voltage ratings from 4V to 100V.
Key Features
Terminations are available in 100% matte Tin (Sn), Palladium (Pd-Ag), Gold (Au), and Lead (Pb), with very low ESR in X7R/XSR (<10mΩ typical).
The capacitors are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C, with ageing rates of 2.5% per decade hour (typical) and withstanding voltages of >2.5 times VDCW.
The series includes various dielectrics, such as NPO/COG, X7R, XSR, X65, XZS, ZSU, and YSV, each with its own set of electrical specifications and characteristics.
