Introduction
The General-purpose Basic Switch, available in various configurations, is designed for a wide range of applications, offering high precision and reliability
Model Structure
The model number structure consists of classification, actuator, contact gap, and terminal information
General Features
The switch provides a switching capacity of 15 A with high repeat accuracy and a wide range of variations in contact form, including basic, split-contact, maintained-contact, and adjustable contact gap types
A series of standard models for micro loads and molded terminal-type models incorporating safety terminal protective covers are also available
Classification
The switch is classified into three groups: Basic Models, Split-contact Models, and Maintained-contact Models
Basic Models
These models are available in general-purpose and drip-proof types, with various actuators and contact gaps
The drip-proof type uses a rubber boot on the actuator and adhesive filler between the case and cover to increase resistance to drips
Split-contact Models
These models have two pairs of simultaneous acting contacts by splitting moving contacts and ensure highly reliable micro load switching
Maintained-contact Models
These models have a reset button at the bottom of the switch case and are suitable for use in reversible control circuits, manual reset circuits, safety limit circuits, and other circuits that are not preferable for automatic resetting
Refer to individual datasheets for further details
Ordering Information
Minimum order lots are required for some models, and orders must be placed per lot
Standard contact gaps include 0.20 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.5 mm, and 1.8 mm, and special contact gaps can be made available upon request
