The GBPC 12, 15, 25, 35 SERIES are bridge rectifiers with a glass passivated junction, designed for high reliability and low thermal resistance.

Integrally molded heat-sink for maximum heat dissipation, surge overload ratings from 300 A to 400 A, and isolated voltage from case to lead over 2500 V.
UL certified, with terminals finished in silver (solderable) or nickel.
Electrical Characteristics
Maximum repetitive reverse voltage ratings range from 50 V to 1000 V, with average rectified forward currents from 12 A to 35 A.
Forward voltage drop, reverse current, and total capacitance are specified for each device.
Thermal Characteristics
Power dissipation and thermal resistance are specified, with a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
