The FAN7361/FAN7362 is a monolithic high-side gate drive IC designed to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +600V.
It features a floating channel for bootstrap operation, common-mode dv/dt noise canceling circuit, and UVLO function for VBS.
The output drivers can source/sink 250mA/500mA, respectively, making it suitable for applications such as fluorescent lamp ballast, PDP scan driver, motor control, and SMPS.
