Overview

Material and Specifications

The products are RoHS compliant and can only be soldered using the wave soldering method.

Customization Options

Customers can choose from 4, 5, or 6-row configurations while specifying the stacker height in 0.005″ increments, starting from the minimum stacker height mentioned. Plating options vary in thickness and material, from 20 µ” (0.51 µm) Gold for the contact area with a Gold flash on tail, 30 µ” (0.76 µm) Gold contact area with Tin on the tail, or 10 µ” (0.25 µm) Gold contact area also with Tin on the tail.

Lead Style and Tail Specifications

The lead style offers several options, all with different overall lengths from 8.20 (0.323″) to 19.10 (0.751″), allowing for a variety of applications. Furthermore, tail lengths can also be customized in 0.005″ increments.
