The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers are designed for high-reliability, high-performance applications. They feature solid Copper conductors, flame-retardant insulation, and a robust construction that withstands the rigors of assembly and operation.

Cable Insulation: White UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) or Polyimide (Kapton) insulation with acrylic adhesive.
Cable Conductors: Solid Copper with cross-sectional area equivalent to that of 26 gauge AWG.

Cable Current Rating: 3 Amps.

PCB Hole Size: 0.032 +/-.002 inch (0.81 +/-.05) diameter.
Bend Options: Aries offers various bend options, including both ends bent 90° same direction, one male end bent 90°, and both ends bent 90° opposite direction.

Cable Length: Available in lengths from 2.00″ to 50.00″ in increments of 0.50″.
Cable Length Tolerances: +/- 0.005 inch (0.13 mm) unless otherwise specified.
