General Specifications

The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers feature thin, flexible solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation. The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive, while the high temperature flame retardant cable insulation is Polyimide (Kapton) insulation with acrylic adhesive.

Cable Characteristics

The cable conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to that of 26 gauge AWG. The female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon, and the female and male crimp-on pins are spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510.

Operating Conditions

The operating temperature range is from -55 to 105&C. The cable current rating is 3 Amps, and the voltage rating is 300 Volts. The Kapton insulation dielectric strength is 2500 Volts/mil, with a minimum of 4000 Volts/mil at standard temperatures and 100,000 MOhms at high temperatures.

For ordering, use the following format: XX-XXXX-XXXXX with options for the number of conductors (101-500), suffixes for high temperature, tin/lead plating, polarization stripe, and bend options.

NOTES

The manufacturer reserves the right to change product specifications without notice. Cable length tolerances are +.005 [.13] unless otherwise specified.
