Overview
The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers are designed for applications requiring flexible and reliable connections. The jumper’s cable insulation is made of white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive, and the conductors are solid Copper with cross-sectional area equivalent to 26 gauge AWG.
Specifications
The jumpers have a standard cable length of 2.00″ (50.8mm) and are available with different insulation types and conductor plating options. The cable current rating is 3 Amps, and the voltage rating is 300 Volts. The jumpers have a dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil and an insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms minimum.
Mounting Considerations
The jumpers can be mounted on a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) with a suggested hole size of 0.032″ (0.81mm) diameter.
