Aries 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers combine thin, flexible solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation.
General Specifications
The cable conductors are solid Copper with cross-sectional area equivalent to that of 26 gauge AWG. The female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon, with female and male crimp-on pins being spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510.
Mechanical and Electrical Specifications
The cable has a current rating of 3 Amps, voltage rating of 300 Volts, and dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil. It also has a insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms minimum (standard) or 100,000 MOhms (high temp). The conductor contact resistance is 2OmOhms initial (max. 0OmOhm increase) based on a 2″ cable at 20°C.
Mounting Considerations
Suggested PCB hole size: 0.032 ± 0.002 inches (0.81 ± 0.05 mm) diameter. Ordering information includes the number of conductors, optional suffixes (e.g., “HT” for high temperature cable insulation), and cable length in inches.
