The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers offer a thin, flexible cable with solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation. The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, style 2643 flame-retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive, while high-temperature flame-retardant cable insulation is Polyimide (Kapton) insulation with acrylic adhesive.
Cable Characteristics
The cable conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to 26 AWG. The female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon, with female and male crimp-on pins made from spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510.

The jumpers are available with various options, including cable length, insulation material, and pin plating. The ordering information includes code numbers for each option, such as XX-XXXX-181A for a 90-pin jumper with a 2.00″ cable length and standard insulation.

All dimensions are in inches (millimeters), with tolerances of +0.005 (+0.13) unless otherwise specified. The cable current rating is 3 Amps, with a voltage rating of 300 Volts and dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil.
The conductors have an initial contact resistance of 2 OmOhms, with a maximum increase of 50 OmOhms. The operating temperature range is -67°F to 257°F (-55°C to 105°C).
