The oscillator has a maximum input current of 75mA, output voltage logic high (Voh) of Vdd-1.025Vdc minimum, and output voltage logic low (Vol) of Vdd-1.81Vdc minimum.

Electrical Specifications

The device features a rise/fall time of ≤30pSec typical, a duty cycle of 50% ±5%, and a load drive capability of 50 Ohms into Vdd-2.0Vdc.

Environmental & Mechanical Specifications
