The K99X Series IDC Termination D-Subminiature Connectors are designed for applications in computer peripherals, data processing, telecommunications, industrial controls, and local area networks.
Key Features
These connectors feature bright tin shells for exceptional conductivity, grounding, and EMI/RFI shielding, and indentations on metal plug shells for enhanced grounding and mating retention.
They are available with plastic strain relief and can be connected to single or daisy-chained flat cables, making them compatible with automatic assembly machines.
Specifications
The connectors meet the requirements of MIL-C-24308, EIA RS-232, and RS-449, and offer a range of options for number of contacts, contact type, mounting, and color.
Electrical characteristics include a rated current of 4A, rated voltage of 30V RMS, and contact resistance of 13 milliohms max.
