These switches are sealed against solder and cleaning process contaminants, with a UL 94V-0 nylon case and bushing. They offer multi-position options, ESD protection, and are RoHS compliant.
Electrical Specifications
The switches have a contact rating of up to 7.5 amps at 125 V AC or 28 V DC, with an electrical life of up to 40,000 make-and-break cycles at full load. The contact resistance is below 10 mΩ, and the insulation resistance is 109 Ω min.
Materials and Construction
The case and bushing are made of glass-filled nylon 6/6, flame retardant, and heat stabilized. The actuator is brass, chrome plated with an internal O-ring seal. The switch support is brass or steel, matte-tin plated.
Terminations and Options
The switches are available with various terminations, including PC thru-hole, right angle, and vertical right angle. They also offer different actuator colors and options, such as ESD conductive bushing and epoxy seal.
